In the last 5 years the department has gone from responding to around 680 runs per year to over 1,000 runs in 2023.

The work load of the department increases each year as the run load increases.  We are constantly training, with several trips to the training tower at the CFD training grounds, drills at the Taylorsville elementary school, and on station trainings.  We are always looking for volunteers.  Please feel free to pick up an application on station or print one from our website and drop off.
